I hope the sun found you in good spirits and filled with joy today. I just finished watching the new video from Erykah Badu, "Window Seat". Before I peeped the visual, I would go to her website and let the song play on repeat while I worked on music, as she drapped herself in make up in front of the mirror. I love the song, it fills me with warmth - like soul music is suppose to, like the music I fell in love with used to. At 3:33 am last night, she released it in another dimension and it's another Erykah classic. Her energy and stand alone way of thinking is on another level of existence.
